Welcome to the Neighborhood Security Initiative’s website!

The NSI was formed by Special Business Districts, to unify crime prevention efforts and respond more efficiently to crime as a community. This program works closely with Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department, supplemental security companies, the CWE residents and businesses to accomplish our goal. The NSI creates detailed crime maps which help determine crime trends. Working with the St. Louis Metropolitan police department allows the NSI to send crime alerts to residents and business. The NSI is in the process of strategically placing 16 surveillance cameras throughout the CWE.
