November 12, 2013 Police selling discounted car clubs, license plate covers, license plate fasteners and portable security devices in Central West End: KSDK; September 23, 2013 The Central West End NSI supports the proposal by Judge Jack Garvey for a special Gun Court Docket. The NSI sent letters of support to each of the judges of the 22nd Circuit. Unfortunately Judge Garvey’s proposal did not pass and was voted down by the circuit judges.
